Refund policy

We want you and your furry friends to be happy with your Hapoo purchase.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hapoo2025@gmail.com to arrange an exchange or credit note.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that are not in resalable condition.
